[The stage glitters with light. The host steps forward, microphone in hand.]
무대는 눈부신 조명으로 가득하다. 사회자가 마이크를 들고 등장한다.
Idol Host:

[The girls, dressed in shimmering costumes, walk past the Saja Boys toward the stage.]
화려한 의상을 입은 소녀들이 사자 보이즈 옆을 지나 무대로 향한다.
Mira:
Ugh. Look at that smug face. I'm gonna freaking smash it.
으, 저 잘난 얼굴 좀 봐. 진짜 한 대 치고 싶다.
Rumi:
Save it for the stage.
무대 위에서 풀어.
Idol Host:
Please welcome to the stage, the Saja Boys!
다음은 사자 보이즈의 무대입니다!
[But the Saja Boys are missing. The crowd grows confused.]
하지만 사자 보이즈가 나타나지 않는다. 관중들이 웅성거린다.
Woman (confused):
What's going on?
무슨 일이야?
[Cut to Mira punching a poster of Abby Saja while Zoey and Rumi prepare backstage.]
장면 전환. 미라는 애비 사자의 포스터가 붙은 샌드백을 마구 치고 있다. 조이와 루미는 무대 준비 중이다.
Mira:
I hate Abs!
애비 진짜 싫어!
영어 단어 abs는 abdominal muscles의 줄임말이에요.
즉, 복부 근육(복근)을 뜻합니다.
He works out every day to get six-pack abs. → 그는 식스팩 복근을 만들기 위해 매일 운동한다.
- six-pack abs → 식스팩 복근
- flat abs → 평평한 복부
- tighten your abs → 복부에 힘을 주다
Bobby (bursts in):
Girls, the Saja Boys are fighting.
얘들아, 사자 보이즈끼리 싸우고 있대!
Huntrix (together):
What?!
뭐라고?!
Bobby:
That means you're on now!
그럼 너희가 바로 무대 올라가야 해!
Rumi:
Okay. This is it. For the fans.
좋아, 바로 지금이야. 팬들을 위해.
Zoey:
For the world.
세상을 위해.
Mira:
For us.
우리 자신을 위해.
Bobby:
Yes! We win this, and then we celebrate with Itaewon corn dogs!
좋았어! 이기면 이태원 핫도그 먹으러 가자!
Zoey:

Idol Host:
Okay, uh, there's been a slight change in schedule. Here to perform their hot new single, "Golden," it's Huntrix!
자, 약간의 일정 변경이 있었습니다.
지금 무대에 오를 팀은 새 싱글 *“Golden”*으로 돌아온 헌트릭스!
[Huntrix takes the stage as the lights shimmer gold.]
헌트릭스가 황금빛 조명 속에서 무대에 오른다.
Rumi (singing):
I was a ghost. I was alone. Eo du wojin, ap gil sok e. Given the throne I didn't know how to believe I was the queen that I'm meant to be!
나는 유령 같았고, 외로웠어. 어두워진 앞길 속에, 왕좌를 주어도 믿을 수 없었지. 내가 진짜 여왕이라는 걸.
Zoey (singing):
I lived two lives. Tried to play both sides but I couldn't find my own place!
두 개의 삶을 살았어. 양쪽을 모두 잡으려 했지만, 내 자리를 찾을 수 없었어.
Mira (singing):
Called a problem child 'cause I got too wild, but now that's how I'm getting paid. Kkeut eop si on stage!
“문제아”라고 불렸지만, 그게 바로 지금의 무대 위 나야. 끝없이 달려!
[Mira and Zoey step off briefly as Rumi takes center stage.]
루미가 중앙에 서고, 미라와 조이는 잠시 무대를 비운다.
Rumi (singing):
I'm done hiding. Now I'm shining like I'm born to be! We dreaming hard. We came so far. Now I believe! We're going up, up, up! It's our moment! You know together we're glowing! Gonna be, gonna be golden.
이제 숨지 않아. 빛날 운명이니까! 열심히 꿈꾸며, 멀리 왔어.
이 순간, 우린 함께 빛나. 우리는 황금처럼 빛날 거야.
Zoey (off stage):
She's killing it out there!
루미 무대 장난 아닌데!
Mira:
Let's go finish this.
가자, 마무리하자.
[They hear something backstage.]
뒤쪽에서 이상한 소리가 들린다.
Mira:
Bobby?
바비야?
Stagehand:
You're on in 20 seconds!
20초 후면 무대야!
[They run off; Rumi swings on a glowing ring, singing.]
두 사람은 달려가고, 루미는 링에 매달려 노래한다.
Rumi (singing):
Whoa, I'm done hiding. Now I'm shining like I'm born to be! Oh, our time. No fears, no lies. That's who we're born to be! You know we're gonna be, gonna be golden. We're gonna be, gonna be...
이제 숨지 않아. 빛날 때야!
두려움도 거짓도 없는, 진짜 우리로!
우린 황금처럼 빛날 거야…
[Backstage — Mira and Zoey discover Bobby wasn’t Bobby. He and the crew were demons.]
백스테이지에서 미라와 조이는 충격적인 장면을 본다.
바비와 스태프들이 악마였다.
Zoey:
Bobby?
바비...?
Bobby (smiling):
Yes! Rumi’s crushing it!
그래! 루미가 무대 찢고 있잖아!
[Suddenly, the music changes. The lights turn red.]
음악이 끊기고 붉은 조명이 켜진다.
Sound System:
Takedown, take down, down, down, down.
Rumi (confused):
What?
뭐지?
Zoey:
Why are they playing "Takedown"?
왜 "Takedown"이 나와?
Mira:
Something’s wrong.
이상해.
Both (realizing):
Rumi!
루미!
Rumi (confused):
"Takedown"? They put this back in?
“Takedown”? 왜 이걸 다시—?
Fan:
Is this a new song?
신곡인가요?
[Red light floods the stage. Zoey and Mira appear — but something’s off.]
붉은빛이 무대를 덮는다. 루미의 앞에 미라와 조이가 등장하지만, 그들은 이상하다.
Music:
It’s a take down! So sweet, so easy on the eyes...
(노래는 루미를 향한 공격적인 가사로 바뀐다.)
Rumi:
Zoey? Mira?
조이? 미라...?
Music:
Time to kick you straight back into the night! ’Cause I see your real face — it’s ugly as sin!
Woman (audience):
What’s going on? Are they fighting?
무슨 일이야? 싸우는 건가?
Bobby (horrified):
Why? No...
안 돼...
[Rumi is shoved violently. Her jacket tears, revealing glowing patterns on her skin.]
루미가 밀려 넘어지며 자켓이 찢긴다. 그녀의 몸에서 문양이 드러난다.
Rumi (panicked):
Please! Stop!
그만! 제발!
Zoey (real voice):
Rumi!
루미!
[The real Mira and Zoey break through the backstage chaos.]
진짜 미라와 조이가 무대로 달려온다.
Mira:
Hang on, Rumi! We’re coming!
루미, 기다려! 가고 있어!
[But the damage is done. The demons reveal her secret to the world.]
그러나 이미 늦었다. 루미의 비밀은 전 세계 생중계로 드러났다.
Demon (as Mira’s voice):
We see what you are.
우린 네가 뭔지 알아.
Demon (as Zoey’s voice):
You’re a demon. A mistake.
넌 악마야. 잘못 태어난 존재지.
Rumi:
No!
안 돼!
Demons:
You have been since the day you were born.
태어날 때부터 그랬어.
Rumi (screaming):
NOOOOOO!
안 돼!!!!!!
[The lights shatter. The real Mira and Zoey arrive and freeze in shock.]
조명이 부서지며 폭발한다. 진짜 미라와 조이가 도착하지만,
그들은 루미의 몸에 새겨진 문양을 보고 충격에 휩싸인다.
Zoey:
How do you have patterns?
그 문양, 왜 네 몸에 있어?
Rumi:
These were supposed to be gone. You were never supposed to see!
이건 사라졌어야 했어. 너희가 보면 안 됐는데!
Mira:
You were hiding this from us this whole time?
그럼 지금까지 계속 숨긴 거야?
Rumi:
No, I have a plan to erase them! Jinu was supposed to— I— He was—
아니, 지울 계획이 있었어! 진우가 도와줄— 그는...
Zoey:
Jinu? You’re working with him?
진우랑 같이 한 거야?
Rumi:
No! I was using him to fix all this! So we could all be strong — be together!
아니야! 다 고치기 위해서였어! 우리 모두 강해지고, 함께하기 위해서!
Zoey:
How could we be together if we can’t tell your lies from your truths, Rumi?
거짓말과 진실을 구분할 수 없는 사람과 어떻게 함께 있어?
Mira:
I knew it. It was too good to be true.
역시... 믿기엔 너무 완벽했어.
Rumi (desperate):
No! Don’t leave! I can still fix it!!
안 돼! 가지 마! 아직 고칠 수 있어!!
[A pink energy pulse explodes from Rumi, shattering the set.]
루미의 몸에서 분홍빛 파동이 퍼져나가며 세트를 산산조각낸다.
Rumi (crying):
Zoey, please...
조이, 제발...
[Zoey hesitates, tears streaming, but points her weapon. Mira too.]
조이는 눈물을 흘리며 무기를 들고, 미라도 뒤따른다.
루미는 울며 달아난다.
[Backstage – Rumi finds Jinu.]
루미는 진우를 찾아 달린다.
Rumi:
Say you didn’t do this!
이거 네 짓이 아니라고 말해!
[Jinu snaps his fingers; the fake Mira and Zoey demons vanish.]
진우가 손가락을 튕기자 가짜 미라와 조이는 사라진다.
Rumi (heartbroken):
How could you do this?!
어떻게 나한테 이럴 수 있어?!
Jinu (coldly):
It was all a lie.
모두 거짓이었어.
Rumi:
It was real! What we had was real! I know it was!
우린 진심이었어! 분명 그랬어!
Jinu:
The things I said? I just needed you to trust me. That’s all.
내가 한 말들? 널 믿게 하려던 수단이었을 뿐이야.
Rumi:
No! I know your story! You were good once — you still are!
아니야! 네 이야기를 알아! 넌 예전에도, 지금도 좋은 사람이야!
Jinu (yelling):
I LEFT THEM!!
나는 그들을 버렸어!!
[His voice cracks with guilt.]
그의 목소리가 절규로 터진다.
Jinu:
I lied. I made a deal with Gwi-Ma to escape that miserable life. I left my sister, my mother... alone!
나는 귀마와 거래했어. 그 지옥 같은 삶에서 벗어나려고. 여동생과 어머니를 버리고, 혼자 살았어!
Rumi:
That’s not all you are! This is your demon talking! Fight it!
그게 전부가 아니야! 그건 악마의 목소리야! 맞서 싸워!
Jinu:
THAT’S NOT HOW IT WORKS!
그게 그렇게 되는 게 아냐!
Rumi:
YES, IT IS!
아니, 그래야만 해!
Jinu:
You’re a demon, just like me. All we get to do is live with it — our pain, our misery.
넌 나랑 똑같아. 악마야. 우린 그냥 고통과 함께 살아가는 존재일 뿐이야.
[He disappears into shadows. Rumi’s golden eye glows faintly.]
진우는 그림자 속으로 사라지고, 루미의 한쪽 눈이 황금빛으로 빛난다.
[Outside, the Honmoon starts collapsing. Mira and Zoey look at the infected sky.]
밖에서는 혼문이 붕괴하기 시작한다. 분홍빛 물질이 건물을 덮는다.
Zoey:
The Honmoon! It’s coming apart!
혼문이 무너지고 있어!
Reporter (TV):
Due to the Huntrix public breakup on stage, today's International Idol Awards have been canceled. Artist of the Year: Saja Boys.
헌트릭스의 무대 붕괴로 오늘의 국제 아이돌 어워즈가 취소되었습니다. 올해의 아티스트는 사자 보이즈입니다.
Demon (whisper):
You couldn’t keep them together. You’re all alone. But you don’t have to be...
그들을 지키지 못했지. 넌 이제 혼자야. 하지만 그럴 필요는 없어…
[Bobby, hypnotized, picks up a glowing wand.]
최면에 걸린 바비가 빛나는 응원봉을 든다.
Reporter (on screen):
Best New Artist, Saja Boys. Song of the Year, “Soda Pop.” Worldwide Icon, Saja Boys.
신인상, 올해의 노래상, 월드 아이콘 — 모두 사자 보이즈!
Jinu (on screen, smiling):
Hey, everybody. You must all be so sad about Huntrix. We are too. But don’t worry — we’ll do a special live performance tonight. Midnight. Namsan Tower.
여러분, 헌트릭스 해체 소식에 슬프죠? 저희도 마찬가지예요.
그래
서 오늘 자정, 남산타워에서 특별 라이브를 합니다. 놓치지 마세요.
Zoey (realizing):
Gwi-Ma... he’s coming.
귀마가 오고 있어.
[Voices whisper in Mira and Zoey’s heads, twisting their minds.]
속삭임이 들려오며 두 사람의 마음이 무너진다.
Demon (to Mira):
You thought you found a family? You don’t deserve one.
가족을 찾았다고 생각했니? 넌 그럴 자격 없어.
Mira (broken):
There is no “we,” Zoey. I don’t get to have a family.
‘우리’는 이제 없어. 난 가족을 가질 자격이 없어.
Demon (to Zoey):
You’re too much, and not enough. But I can give you a place to belong.
넌 너무 많고, 동시에 부족하지. 하지만 내가 네 자리를 줄게.
[Meanwhile, Celine senses a dark energy nearby. She turns, weapon ready.]
그 시각, 셀린은 어둠의 기운을 느끼고 무기를 든다.
Celine:
Who’s there—?
누구지—?
[Rumi steps out from the shadows, glowing purple patterns across her body.]
그림자 속에서 루미가 나타난다. 보라빛 문양이 몸을 감싼다.
Celine (shocked):
Rumi...?
루미...?
Rumi:
I thought I could fix it all. Fix me. But I ran out of time. They saw. They know. There's no denying it now. This is what I am.
모든 걸 고칠 수 있다고 생각했어. 나 자신도.
하지만 시간이 다 됐어. 그들이 봤어. 이제 부정할 수 없어.
이게 나야.
Celine:
Rumi, no.
안 돼, 루미.
Rumi:
You knew I was a mistake from the very start. Do what you should’ve done a long time ago. Before I destroy what I swore to protect. Please... do it.
넌 처음부터 내가 실수였다는 걸 알았잖아.
이제 네가 해야 할 일을 해. 내가 지켜야 할 걸 부수기 전에... 제발, 끝내줘.
Celine (trembling):
I can’t. When we lost your mother, I swore to protect what was left of her. But I never thought it’d be a child like you...
그럴 수 없어. 네 어머니를 잃었을 때, 그녀의 마지막을 지키겠다고 맹세했어.
하지만 그게 너 같은 아이일 줄은 몰랐어…
Rumi (angrily):
Accept me? You told me to cover up! To hide!
받아들이겠다고? 날 숨기라고 했잖아! 가리라고 했잖아!
Celine:
Yes, until we can fix everything. And we still can. I’ll tell Mira and Zoey it was all an illusion by Gwi-Ma.
그래, 모든 게 고쳐질 때까지만이었어. 아직 늦지 않았어.
미라와 조이에게도 말할게, 이건 귀마의 환상이었다고.
Rumi (shaking her head):
No. No more hiding. No more lies!
이제 그만 숨을래. 거짓도 이제 그만!
Celine:
Rumi, we can still fix this!
루미, 아직 고칠 수 있어!
Rumi:
Don’t you get it? This is what I am! Look at me! Why couldn’t you love me?!
왜 아직도 몰라?! 이게 나야! 나 좀 봐! 왜 나를 사랑하지 못했어?!
Celine (crying):
I do!
사랑해!
Rumi (shouting):
ALL OF ME!!
전부를?!
Celine:
This is why we have to hide it. Our faults and fears must never be seen. It’s the only way to protect the Honmoon.
그래서 숨겨야 하는 거야. 우리의 결함과 두려움은 드러나면 안 돼. 그게 혼문을 지키는 유일한 방법이야.
Rumi (final, broken voice):
If this is the Honmoon I’m supposed to protect... I’m glad to see it destroyed.
이게 내가 지켜야 할 혼문이라면… 무너지는 게 차라리 나아.
